Made to Order

Every Akrasia piece is made to order. A minimum of two weeks should be expected from the time of purchase, with more complex or custom pieces taking up to four weeks, unless specified otherwise at the time of order.

All designs and jewellery are made in Germany by a single person. Orders take time, and that time is part of what makes them worth having.

Progress Updates

If you would like update images during the making of your piece, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am happy to share progress photos and keep you informed throughout the process. Contact me via the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the order as well as the destination. Exact costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

All orders are shipped from Germany. Domestic shipping within Germany is generally faster, while international orders may be subject to additional transit time, customs processing, and import duties depending on the destination country.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside of the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. I recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.

I am not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number where available. If you have not received a dispatch notification within the stated production window, please get in touch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where applicable, photographic evidence. I will work with you to find a resolution in accordance with your statutory rights under EU and German consumer law.
