Please handle your Akrasia jewellery however you see fit. Silver is a malleable metal, it will slightly oxidise, discolour, and dent over time. All of these are usually fixed easily by any jeweller.

Don't treat your Akrasia jewellery like a fragile object. It is meant to be worn, abused, loved. Kill what doesn't serve you.

Silver is easy to clean at home. For everyday maintenance, a gentle wash with mild dish soap and warm water is all you need. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to reach engraved details or textured surfaces, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth.

For a deeper clean, an ultrasonic cleaner works well on plain silver, avoid using one on pieces with stones, as the vibration can loosen settings. A silver polishing cloth is the quickest option for removing light tarnish and restoring shine without any liquid at all.

Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and abrasive pastes, which can scratch or permanently dull the surface.
