Delivery and Return

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision via a clear statement before the 14-day period expires.

Exceptions

Under Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized items: goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This includes custom engravings, specific ring sizes outside the standard range, or unique design modifications.

Custom commissions: pieces designed specifically for you from scratch.

Note on made to order: standard items that are simply produced after your order is placed but follow catalogue specifications without personal customisation remain eligible for return.

Return Shipping

In the event of a withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. I recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Condition of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.

Jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition. All original packaging and certificates must be included. If the item shows signs of wear, scratches, resizing, or damage, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover the loss in value.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact me before sending anything back. Once notified, you must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
